In February 2007, your company installed two garage doors, a front entry door and a door leading from our dining area to a deck. The workers that installed the work were very professional, courteous and thorough in their work. Since then we moved and we were in need of a front storm door and a sliding patio door with blinds. I didn't even shop around went straight to Edelen. The same installers did the job and once again, they went above and beyond the call. The day of installation they called and said what time they would show up at my house. They were right on time which I appreciate once again how professional they were. The workers were very cordial. Should the opportunity present itself, I will use Edelen again.

IDear Edelen Company: A few months ago, my home was burglarized by persons who broke through a garage entrance door, then broke through the entry door to the kitchen. They ruined both doors beyond repair. My insurance company, recommended your company to install new doors. Your sales representative, came out and showed us your catalog to me. We selected a steel door model which would better secure my home. He was courteous and helpful. Your installer, came and began work on removing the old doors and frames, which was very labor intensive. He was courteous and efficient, working continuously for six hours. He answered my questions and made suggestions as to how better protect my home from further break-in attempts, and how stron and reliable these doors are. To sum up, I was very pleased with your products, the work ethic of your employees and the service provided. I will recommend your business to my friends and acquaintances.

I wanted to take a minute to tell you how much I appreciated your excellent customer service. I telephoned your company for a garage door repair. The young lade that I spoke with gave me some simple instructions on how I might resolve the problem myself, before paying a service charge. When I decided I needed someone to come out, she was able to give me an appointment the very next day. First thing, the next morning your repair man called me to discuss my problem. I told him that I may have forgotten to leave my garage door unlocked for him, so I might need to make the appointment for a different day. The service man said that was not a problem, because he would be in my neighborhood any way and would stop by to check. If the door was unlocked he would fix it and if not we could set up another appointment. The serviceman called me later to tell me he was able to repair my door. He explained what the problem was and left me directions to reprogram my remote. Your company provided me excellent personal service and I will call your company for my future needs. Thank You. A blessing in disguise: I had originally called another company for my garage door repair. They were suppose to come between a certain time and neither called or showed up.

I had two entry doors and one storm door installed. The installations were a time consuming and difficult task as the house is over 50 years old. The installer was very knowledgeable and completed the job with expert craftsmanship. I know at times it was very nerve-wracking. The doors look beautiful, trim work was installed very nicely, and he cleaned up thoroughly.
