Valued Customers, 

As COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) continues to spread across the globe, and within the United States, I would like to let all our valued customers know what The Edelen Co., Inc is doing to respond to this health emergency.

Our priorities remain the same. The safety and well-being of our employees, customers and partners, families, and the communities in which we live and work in.

We will continue to assess the situation daily, and we have implemented industry best practices taking into consideration situations such as travel and work from home policies if needed, social distancing, etc. We are also remaining vigilant and adhering to all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local authorities.

Our normal Service and Install operations continue to run as usual; we continue to support exceptional levels of available inventory, and we will continue to provide the same outstanding levels of service that you have come to depend on from The Edelen Co. Inc..

At this point we are experiencing minimal disruption, however; should we experience delays these will be communicated to customers as soon as they are known.

I would like to reaffirm our commitment to all of our Customers especially concentrating on servicing and ensuring proper operation to our Municipalities, Fire Houses, EMS Garages, Hospitals, etc., again assisting and allowing the needs for our community to continue to serve and respond during this critical time
